We’re beyond excited for you to try our limited-edition Bourbon Barrel Aged Coffee. The perfect harmony of the finest Kentucky Bourbon fused with the best Brazilian Arabica beans in the world, each bag of our single-barrel-aged coffee is a one of a kind experience.

Our Barrel Aged Coffee receives incredible care and attention to detail. We hand-select single-use, charred oak barrels from the highest quality bourbon distilleries in Kentucky, all aged with bourbon for at least four years and retired no more than twelve days from selection.

We then age our raw 100% Arabica green beans in these barrels until perfectly infused with the Angel’s Share — the 2–4% of the bourbon that gets absorbed into the oak barrels themselves during their time in the brick house.

We’re constantly sampling the coffee during the barrel aging process. Since every barrel has different flavors and aromas during the aging of the beans, our rigorous quality control allows us to handcraft the highest quality barrel-aged coffee.

Our unique aging process gives our beans slightly sweet vanilla and caramel notes mixed with a truly distinct smokey bourbon flavor. And with no two barrels exactly alike, every batch has its own special attributes that make it one of a kind every time.

Immediately after roasting to a medium roasting level, our coffee is packaged into our specially designed nitrogen-flushed bags, preserving the wonderful flavor characteristics. We also use vented-bag technology, which allows the coffee to de-gas, preventing any subsequent exposure to oxygen.

Each bag of Bourbon Barrel Aged Coffee is hand-filled, hand-labeled, and hand-marked with the barrel, batch and bag numbers.

The recommended brewing methods for our coffee are French press or drip machine for optimal flavor and aroma.
