Shipping Policy
At Bourbon Coffee Company, we make every effort to roast, prepare, pack and ship all orders within 3-5 business days of orders being placed through www.bourboncoffeeco.com. Orders placed after 2 PM CST on Thursdays will not ship until the following Monday when roasting resumes for the week. Due to roasting schedules, we are unable to hold orders to be delivered at a later date. Our business hours of operation are 8 AM – 4:00 PM (CST) Monday – Friday, excluding national holidays.
Please visit the USPS Tracking Page to see an estimate of transit times, where to find your tracking number, etc. Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.
For orders shipped using Standard USPS Shipping*, please allow 5-7 business days for Standard Delivery once your order has shipped from our facility and been processed by the carrier. Orders may arrive sooner than the Standard Delivery date range (indicated above) and tracking information will be sent via email after packaging and processing at our facility is complete. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking link to become active. Shipping speeds are based on carrier transit times and do not include processing and handling times. During a pandemic shipping may take longer than usual.
*Standard Shipping is used on all orders that qualify for free shipping and on all orders under $35 that opt for our standard $8.44 flat rate shipping within the Contiguous United States. The carrier for Standard Shipping for orders within the Contiguous United States is USPS.
Return Policy
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis with the goal of making our customers happy and meeting their needs
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee. If for some reason you are not happy with your coffee purchase, please email support@bourboncoffeeco.com and we will find a suitable replacement for you.
We work hard to source only the best product on the market. Whether you purchase our coffee or an accessory, you can be sure that it is a product we believe in.
If you wish to contact us about an order you’ve placed, please include your full name and order number and email support@bourboncoffeeco.com with the details of your order inquiry. We do suggest reading out tips below before you email us as these might be able to answer your questions sooner than our reply.
If an item is missing, damaged or the wrong item was sent.
We will do everything we can to make sure you are completely satisfied with your Bourbon Coffee Company products & experience.

- Item(s) you are missing, damaged, or was incorrect
If you are looking to return or exchange your order?
We accept returns and exchanges on full price items (sale items cannot be returned or exchanged) within 15 days of receipt, only if the product(s) follow the below guidelines:
- Item must be in good quality, and in the original wrapping
- Unworn
- Unused
- Seal unbroken

Disclaimer:
To be eligible for a return, gear & apparel items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
